(Event Press Release by Gary Lileck) Bechtelsville, PA – The North East Enduro Tour Series presented race #6, the annual Junk-A-Thon, this past Sunday afternoon at the Grandview Speedway. Tim Pauch of Stockton NJ captured his third Big Car Enduro win of the season while Dave Bentley Sr. of Woodlyn PA grabbed a season’s first Small Car Enduro win in only his second start of the year. Linsey Rummel of Parkerford PA completed the afternoon with her third Ladies Race victory (fifth overall) of 2011.

Round #3 of the Dan Drobnick Welding Enduro Series took place Sunday at Big Diamond Speedway with two separate hundred-lap enduro races for the 4 cylinder and 6/8 cylinder enduro divisions.

(Track Press Release) BECHTELSVILLE, PA – The top six finishers in the 30-lap Whelen Engineering NASCAR 358 Modified feature race on Saturday night at Grandview Speedway are guilty of producing what may have been one of the most exciting finishes seen at the Berks County oval in many years with all of them, led by winner Duane Howard, finishing within a car length of each other.
Big Diamond Speedway was able to hold off the weather long enough to complete an entire 100-lap 6/8 cylinder enduro and get past halfway in the 4 cylinder race on Sunday afternoon.
