This event also marked the ninety-ninth event of the NAPA Auto Parts Thunder on the Hill Racing Series. Bobby East of Brownsburg, IN won a Jesse Hockett Classic, taking the lead on lap twenty-five from Levi Jones.

Former Big Diamond Speedway Modified Star Fred Rahmer Earns $5,000 With Keystone Cup 410 Sprint Car Victory Monday; Ryan Smith Wins First ARDC Main of 2011
(Track Press Release) MINERSVILLE, PA – Welcome back, Fred Rahmer.
Rahmer, of Salfordville, Pa., was a dominant force at Big Diamond Speedway as a small-block Modified racer in the 1980s, winning 22 feature events (sixth on the all-time win list) and three track championships (1982, ’83 and ’85). On Monday, Rahmer returned to Big Diamond Victory Lane following the 30-lap Keystone Cup 410 Sprint Car event.

(Event Press Release) A field of one-hundred and forty-two race cars filled the Grandview Speedway pit area on Saturday night to close out the 2010 NAPA Auto Parts Thunder on the Hill Racing Series. This event marked the ninety-seventh Thunder on the Hill Racing Series event and plans are already being discussed for the coming 2011 season. In the Grandview Thunder 5-25′ the 358 Modified feature was won by MeMe DeSantis, as Kevin Nouse won a thriller over Becca Anderson in the Rislone URC Sprint Feature.

HOWARD COMPLETES THE WEEKEND SWEEP SUNDAY AT BIG DIAMOND RACEWAY
