HOWARD DOMINATES IN 358 MODIFIEDS, KELLNER WINS IN LATE MODELS AT GRANDVIEW SPEEDWAY

(Track Press Release) BECHTELSVILLE, PA – In what may have been the most dominating performance seen in years at Grandview Speedway, point leader Duane Howard was able to lap all but the top four finishers in winning the 30-lap RCN-TV Night NASCAR 358 Modified feature on Saturday night. Mike Kellner brought his Power Washers No. 57 home first in the 20-lap Late Model feature for his fifth feature win of the season.

HOWARD WINS FIRST FORREST ROGERS MEMORIAL WORTH $10,000 AT GRANDVIEW, KLINE WINS FOURTH 20-LAP LATE MODEL FEATURE

BECHTELSVILLE, PA – It was on his list of “things to do” at the beginning of the season and Duane Howard got it done on Saturday night at Grandview Speedway when he took the Chad Sinon owned BPG Racing No. 4 Modified to victory lane in the Forrest Rogers Memorial 50-lapper for NASCAR 358 Modifieds. The win was the fifth of the season for Howard, increased his lead in the chase for the track title and earned him $10,000. It was the first time Howard, who has a huge resume of accomplishments, was able to win the prestigious race after finishing second several times.

HOWARD WINS IN NASCAR 358 MODIFIEDS WHILE MIKE KELLNER IS TOPS IN LATE MODELS AT GRANDVIEW

(Track Press Release) BECHTELSVILLE, PA – Almost snatching defeat from the jaws of victory Duane Howard was able to wheel the Chad Sinon owned BPG Racing No. 4 to victory in the 30-lap Mavericks Motorcycle Club NASCAR 358 Modified feature race at Grandview Speedway on Saturday night. The win was the fourth of the season at the Berks County clay oval for the Oley, PA racer who is leading in the chase for the NASCAR Whelen All American Series 358 Modified track championship. In the 20-lap feature for Late Models Lansdale’s Mike Kellner was able to put his Power Washers/Watash Speed Equipment No. 57 in victory lane for the fourth time this season.

HOWARD PROVES THAT PATIENCE IS A VIRTUE FRIDAY NIGHT AT BIG DIAMOND RACEWAY

(Track Press Release by Gary Lileck) Forestville, PA – During the early portion of Friday’s 358 Modified activities at Big Diamond Raceway, Duane Howard exited the speedway on the back of a wrecker. The resilient competitor from Oley PA later returned for the last chance qualifier, started 19th in the 35-lap A-Main, and eventually emerged victorious. His third triumph of the season was worth a crisp $3000 paycheck.

HOWARD AND MIKE KELLNER WIN NASCAR FEATURE RACES AT GRANDVIEW SPEEDWAY SATURDAY NIGHT

HOWARD AND SCHUTZ WIN NASCAR FEATURES AT GRANDVIEW SPEEDWAY ON SATURDAY NIGHT

(Track Press Release) Bechtelsville, PA – Current NASCAR 358 Modified point leader Duane Howard drove the BPG Racing/Troyer Race Cars No. 4 to victory in the 30-lap NASCAR Whelen All American Series 358 Modified feature on Whelen Engineering Night at Grandview Speedway on Saturday night. The companion 20-lap feature for the NASCAR Late Models was won by past champion Chuck Schutz for his second win of the season.
