KEVIN HIRTHLER WINS FORREST ROGERS MEMORIAL GOOD FOR $20,000, MA NATURE WINS TWO FEATURES AT GRANDVIEW
(Track Press Release) BECHTELSVILLE, PA – Ma Nature did her best to stop all the feature racing action at Grandview Speedway on Saturday night but after a two and half hour rain delay Kevin Hirthler was able to drive the Green Lane Wm. Penn/ Four Star Lettering No. 117 to victory in the prestigious 50-lap Forrest Rogers Memorial presented by Pioneer Pole Buildings. The victory was worth $20,000 to the veteran racer along with lap money.

Kevin Hirthler was able to wheel his Green Lane Wm. Penn/4 Star Lettering sponsored entry to victory in the 30-lap open competition modified stock car feature race for his second win of the season at the Berks County clay oval.

(Track Press Release) BECHTELSVILLE, PA – Winning a race on your sponsor’s night is a good thing. Ron Kline did a good thing on Saturday night at Grandview Speedway when he drove his Curt J. High & Associates/V&M Towing sponsored No.3 to victory in the Curt J. High & Associates sponsored Firecracker 40 for the Late Model stock cars. And Kevin Hirthler was more lucky than good as he was able to take over the number one spot when leader Duane Howard went to the pits with a flat tire on the 23rd lap and then lead the rest of the way to claim his first NASCAR 358 Modified feature win of the season.

Ron Kline (Salford), came from 18th starting position, to win his third 20-lap Late Model feature of the season.
