LAUBACH NARROWLY DEFEATS DESANTIS IN EXCITING FINISH AT BIG DIAMOND RACEWAY
(Track Press Release by Gary Lileck) Forestville, PA – Rick Laubach of Hellertown topped Meme DeSantis by a close margin in Friday’s 25-lap 358 Modified feature at Big Diamond Raceway. By virtue of his triumph, Laubach became the 11th different winner of the season.

DALE HARTZ CAPTURES BIG DIAMOND RACEWAY VICTORY IN NON-STOP FEATURE
(Track Press Release by Gary Lileck) Forestville, PA – August 6, 2010 – In a non-stop 25-lap 358 Modified feature, which only took 7.35 minutes to complete, Dale Hartz powered to his first win of the season. Hartz, who hails out of Hamburg PA, led the entire distance and scored his first Big Diamond Raceway win since August 15, 2008.

KYLE MERKEL AND JOE MASIADO VISIT VICTORY LANE AT GRANDVIEW SPEEDWAY
(Track Press Release) BECHTELSVILLE, PA – For the first time in his career Kyle Merkel was able to wheel his Excel Collision/Gouldey Meats No. 117 to victory in a Steel Block Bandits Late Model feature race winning the 40-lap feature at Grandview Speedway on Saturday night. In the 20-lap main event for Sportsman stock cars Joe Masiado came home the winner with the Valley Auto NAPA Parts No. 43.

HOWARD PROVES THAT PATIENCE IS A VIRTUE FRIDAY NIGHT AT BIG DIAMOND RACEWAY
(Track Press Release by Gary Lileck) Forestville, PA – During the early portion of Friday’s 358 Modified activities at Big Diamond Raceway, Duane Howard exited the speedway on the back of a wrecker. The resilient competitor from Oley PA later returned for the last chance qualifier, started 19th in the 35-lap A-Main, and eventually emerged victorious. His third triumph of the season was worth a crisp $3000 paycheck.
