(Event Press Release) It was a great night of racing complimented by superb track conditions as the NAPA Auto Parts Thunder on the Hill Racing Series presented its season finale with the traditional House of Thunder Halloween Party and the Grandview Thunder 5-25′s at the Grandview Speedway on Saturday night.

DeSANTIS, NOUSE, BUCKWALTER, LEPPO AND WEISS SHARE THUNDER SERIES VICTORIES SATURDAY NIGHT AT GRANDVIEW

(Event Press Release) A field of one-hundred and forty-two race cars filled the Grandview Speedway pit area on Saturday night to close out the 2010 NAPA Auto Parts Thunder on the Hill Racing Series. This event marked the ninety-seventh Thunder on the Hill Racing Series event and plans are already being discussed for the coming 2011 season. In the Grandview Thunder 5-25′ the 358 Modified feature was won by MeMe DeSantis, as Kevin Nouse won a thriller over Becca Anderson in the Rislone URC Sprint Feature.

CRAIG VON DOHREN GOES FROM TWENTY-THIRD TO FIRST AND WINS 13TH ANNUAL SUPER DIRTcar SERIES 100 LAP TRAFFIC JAM WORTH $6,000 AT GRANDVIEW

(Event Press Release) It just doesn’t get any better than this!

Local favorite Craig Von Dohren from Oley, PA pulled off the upset of the season, winning the 13th Annual Super DIRTcar Series 100 lap TRAFFIC JAM Tuesday night at the Grandview Speedway. After starting twenty-third in the thirty car starting field, VonDohren worked his way through traffic, taking the lead on lap ninety-one from Dale Planck then ran unchallenged for the final nine laps to collect the $6,000 first place prize money.
